Return Policy
At Voglynarthex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of indoor plants and hanging plants. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products, request a refund, or receive a replacement. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy applies to sales made through our website voglynarthex.world and through direct contact (phone or email) for delivery in the United States. This Return Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between this Return Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall govern to the extent of the conflict, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligibility for Returns
Because live plants are perishable and can be affected by shipping, handling, and environmental factors, we evaluate returns and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement if: (1) the plant or product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping or packing error (e.g., broken pot, severely damaged or crushed foliage that was not caused by normal transit stress, or plant that is clearly dead or dying upon delivery); (2) the plant or product does not match the description or your order (wrong variety, wrong type, or wrong quantity); or (3) we have otherwise agreed in writing to accept a return. To be considered, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery (typically within 7 days of receipt) and provide your order details (including order date and, if available, order reference or confirmation number) and, where possible, clear photographs showing the issue. We may request additional information or evidence to process your claim. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as practicable.
Returns or refunds are not accepted simply because you have changed your mind, because the plant has suffered from improper care (e.g., overwatering, underwatering, incorrect light or temperature) after delivery, because of environmental factors in your home or office after delivery, or because of normal acclimation or leaf drop that can occur when a plant is moved to a new environment. Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the health or viability of the plant (such as a small torn leaf or slight soil displacement during shipping) may not qualify for a full return or refund but we may offer a partial credit or other resolution at our discretion.
Process for Requesting a Return
To request a return or report a problem with your order, contact us by phone at +13232079709 or via the contact form on voglynarthex.ddd. Please include your full name, order date, order reference or a clear description of the order (e.g., product name and quantity), and a clear description or photos of the issue. We will respond as soon as possible, typically within a few business days. We may ask you to send additional photographs (e.g., of the plant, pot, and packaging) or to retain the product and packaging until we have reviewed your claim. Do not dispose of the plant or packaging until we have confirmed next steps, as we may need to verify the condition or arrange for return shipping.
In some cases we may ask you to return the product (for example, non-plant items such as planters or accessories that are resalable). In other cases, particularly for live plants that cannot be resold or that would not survive return shipping, we may arrange for a replacement or issue a refund without requiring you to return the plant. Our decision will depend on the circumstances and on product availability. Any replacement or refund is subject to the terms of this policy and to our verification of the issue.
Refunds
If we approve a refund, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Refunds may be partial or full depending on the circumstances. For example, we may offer a partial refund for minor damage that does not affect the long-term health of the plant, or a full refund for a wrong or unusable product. Please allow a reasonable time (typically 5 to 10 business days, or longer depending on your bank or payment provider) for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you when the refund has been processed.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return or refund was due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item, or the product was significantly damaged due to our packing or shipping). If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, we may deduct the equivalent of our standard shipping cost from the refund when the return is not due to our error, as permitted by applicable law. If you paid for expedited or special shipping, we will refund that amount only when the return is due to our error. Taxes refunded will be in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer to replace a damaged or incorrect plant instead of issuing a refund. Replacements are subject to availability of the same or a similar product. If we do not have the same variety in stock, we may offer an alternative of comparable value or a refund at your choice. If a replacement is agreed, we will arrange delivery in accordance with our standard delivery terms. There is no additional charge for the replacement plant or product when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or significant damage caused by us). When the replacement is offered as a goodwill gesture or when the issue was not due to our error, replacement may be subject to additional payment or shipping charges as we communicate to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed by us in writing, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund: plants that have been repotted in different soil or in a way that makes identification or resale impossible; plants that show clear signs of neglect, overwatering, underwatering, or pest damage or plant deterioration that was introduced or developed after delivery; custom or special-order plants that we have sourced specifically for you; perishable items (other than as described in the Eligibility section) that have been in your possession beyond a short period; and any product that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we reasonably believe the product was misused, the claim is fraudulent, or the request does not meet the conditions of this policy. If we have already issued a refund or replacement and later determine that the claim was fraudulent or abusive, we may take action to recover the amount or product, to the extent permitted by law.
Time Limits
You must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery to request a return or refund. We generally require that you notify us within 7 days of receipt for issues such as damage or wrong item. For issues that may not be immediately apparent (e.g., a plant that fails to establish after a short period), we may consider requests made within a longer period (e.g., 14 or 30 days) at our discretion. We are not obligated to accept returns or provide refunds for requests made long after delivery. Your state may provide a longer statutory period for certain types of claims; we will comply with applicable law.
Statutory Rights and Limitations
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your state. Some states allow a longer return period, require a written warranty, or impose additional requirements on sellers; we will comply with applicable law. Except as required by law, our liability in connection with any return, refund, or replacement is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product and, where we choose to offer it, the cost of return shipping that we have agreed to cover. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost time, lost use of the product, or cost of substitute plants) arising from a defective or delayed order beyond what is expressly provided in this policy or under applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. We will post the current policy on this page and update the effective date when we make changes. For orders already placed, we will apply the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise with you.
